21. 7. 2011 Successful take-over of a Riko-Plus-House We have just completed a single-storey house in the small near the Italian town of Pordenone.
Together with their architect Paolo Biggi, the two investors chose the system to realise their house. A Riko Plus House consists of large wall elements composed of a framework wooden construction (beams and cross beams) filled with insulation from cellulose flakes. The exterior side of the wooden framework is equipped with the final insulation layer from wood fibres and clad with the façade of the buyer’s choice. The investors chose a classical plastered façade.
The owners of the Riko house are proud and happy to live in a wooden building that offers special comfort. And we are also happy to see them satisfied with the work of our installers who always apply great care and professionalism to erect our houses as quickly as possible so the take-over takes place without delay. The owners of the house in Azzano Decimo were so much thrilled by the quality of their new home and the professionalism of our building team that they had both an Italian and a Slovene flag hoisted on their house.
